Luxury Beverly Hills Wedding | The Feltons

My team and I recently had the honor to bring our celebrity couple, Nancy & Jerome Felton's wedding visions brought to life on the last Saturday of May, 2016. Celebrating with Nancy & Jerome was the best and most rewarding way to end the month. From Atlanta, Georgia to Beverly Hills, California, Nancy & Jerome celebrated their dream wedding set on classic and world renown, The Beverly Hills Hotel. It was my first time working at the venue, but not my first visit.

The first time I walked into the Beverly Hills Hotel, I was welcomed with smiles from every corner. I knew after my first walkthrough at this luxury hotel that I would want my star members to experience the superb service and unique backdrop of this famous wedding destination.

The Polo Garden setting inspired the wedding design direction, utilizing a light palette with specs of blush tones and natural greenery. The white chiavari chairs from really popped off all the greenery surrounding the gardens. It was actually The Beverly Hill’s first time using specialty chairs in the Polo Garden, so we felt pretty special about that!

Nancy wanted a lush and glamorous wedding, yet incorporating small rustic styles in the mix. Jerome’s event goal was to throw the ultimate party! Jerome wanted a modern wedding with the best quality of all details, while having the vibes of a high-end night club. I collaborated both of their visions and celebration goals, and my team and I produced a wedding that the couple will truly never forget.

In the design, I incorporated the lush and luxurious style by going grand on the floral decor. Subtle rustic elements were applied with the style of the ceremony arch, guest favors and the detail signs. Nancy loved the design after my design team and I sent the first design blueprint. I created the classy high-end nightclub vibes by bringing on our one and only lighting design partner, Pacific Event Lighting. I wanted the luxury centerpieces in the Rodeo Ballroom to POP with the use of pinspot-lighting, and created the club vibe with a unique shade of snow white and mountain water blue uplights. The tablescapes were laid with bright white specialty linens from Wild Flower Linens, and followed with seven small votives and give highs and lows of the medium to large pillar candles. It was my first time using the silver-mercury stands from our Rock N’ Events Collections, and let me tell ya, these babies moved mountains on these tablescape designs!

Our photographer, William Innes captured the candid moments of our star members, ceremony and reception details and tablescape designs. The highlight for me was seeing Jerome’s reaction to his daughter walking down the aisle carrying a sign that read, “Daddy, Here Comes Mommy.” It was the ultimate tear jerking moment for our groom, and all families and friends.

Our videographer, Jamie from All Because He Asked went above and beyond to surprise my couple with some drone action. Jamie’s masterpiece will be coming soon to our blog and website.

We were so excited that this rockstar couple came to us to plan their special day. As you all know, my team and I thrives to make each and every event the best and most unique it can be. We wanted to make sure that our celebrity couple got all that they deserved and more! Touring with Nancy & Jerome throughout the wedding planning journey was a pleasure and true honor every step of the way. Needless to say, Nancy and Jerome’s wedding was another rock n’ event and one we added to our books of greatness. Feel free to see what our celebrity members said about our services, here.
