PARKING / LOADING

Venue has two parking lots as well as a loading dock area with parking - please ask the security how to access this space.

NOTE: All vendors MUST use the loading dock as no vendors should be going through the lobby. You may unload and move cars. No parking on the loading dock!

    5:25 PM - All Staff Characters are located at the Palm Court - Part 2 at this time.

    5:25 PM - Low Fog Smoke show begins.

    5:30 PM - Low Fog Machine + Entrance Tornado Sound is ‘Live’

    5:01 PM The Oz - Part 2 Space Opens at this time.

    5:31 PM – LOLLIPOP GUILD CHARACTERS & SONG BEGINS

    5:36 PM - Jimmy gives Welcome Speech at this time - 15 Seconds (No Mic is Required)

    6:20 PM - MCEE announces all guests into Reception” at this time.
